Meet Gorgeous

Certified Professional Life Coach (CPLC) &
Licensed Belief Therapist (LBT)

Hi, my name is Gorgeous.  On behalf of Gorgeous Knight, LLC and Simply Gorgeous Boutique, thank you for visiting our website.

You can also visit our local practice in the State of Texas for one-on-one coaching & counseling services.

As a Certified Professional Life Coach (CPLC) and Licensed Belief Therapist (LBT), with special training in childhood trauma, my life is dedicated to supporting others in their time of need.

I'm also an ordained minister and Lupus advocate.

One of my key strengths in life is my ability to not only identify with others, but to help them make life changing decisions that bring about positive changes.

I also love to combine the mental with the physical, which helps me to strengthen my mind, body, and spirit so that I can combat anything that I'm challenged with in life.  You can go so much further in life when you challenge your limitations.

Never let your limitations hold you back!

What makes you different than other life and fitness coaches?

The first thing that comes to my mind is I don't want to just listen to other people's issues and act like I don't have issues of my own.  I do.  It's more about how I process and resolve my own issues that allows me to help others process and resolve theirs.

More than that, you just can't have head knowledge.  You also have to have a heart and empathy for others.  With empathy, you can really feel what a person is going through, which makes you want to help them change for the better.

How did you come up with the idea to start a life & fitness coaching business?

I kept having friends of mine come up to me to ask me questions about their relationships or life in general.  So I decided to get my life coaching certificate and create something that's going to help everyone.  I knew helping others solve their life challenges wouldn't happen overnight and that it's a process that takes time, but it's a process that's worth the effort.

I would also have complete strangers come up to me while I was at the gym working out or out shopping at a store to ask me questions about fitness.  That's why, even though I'm a certified fitness trainer, I never wore trainer shirts because I would never get anything done.  As a fitness trainer, it's so easy to book yourself out to where you have no time to work on yourself.

In fact, that's the true sign of a great trainer or coach. They carve time out for themselves first.  If they're not whole and healthy, how can they help you when they're not setting the example themselves.

What they put into their training will be what you get out of your training!
